The Third Visit: 2 Week Health Report (30min or 1 hour)
The Fourth Visit: 1 Month Health Report (30 min or 1 hour)
The Fifth Visit: 2 Month Health Report (30 min or 1 hour)
Future Visits: Phone Call or Virtual Updates- (<30min to 1 hour)
